Simon Verville is a lawyer and accredited mediator based in Victoriaville. He takes a resolution-focused approach, often seeking a negotiated settlement early in a file when circumstances allow, which frequently produces a favourable result for clients at lower cost and within a reasonable time. He represents both individuals and businesses in civil and commercial litigation, insurance disputes, real estate and construction matters, and employment relations, acting mainly for employers but also for employees. He also handles small claims matters, drafts contracts and demand letters, and pleads before both judicial and administrative tribunals.
