About Shilpa

Shilpa Mehta is a family law lawyer with more than a decade of experience, having worked at one of York Region's largest family law firms before founding Mehta Family Law in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Education from York University, and earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor. Her practice covers divorce, parenting, child and spousal support, and property division, combining collaborative negotiation with litigation when needed.
