Shelly Harper
Shelly Harper earned her law degree at the University of Western Ontario in 1983 and was called to the Bar in 1985, and she's practised in Kitchener since then. She has courtroom experience up to the Supreme Court of Canada, but now focuses on alternative dispute resolution, including collaborative practice, mediation, arbitration, and neutral evaluation for families. She's a past president of Best4All Collaborative Practice of Waterloo Region and a member of the Waterloo Law Association and the Ontario Collaborative Law Federation.
