Shannon Kelly earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and her Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad College of Law in Florida. She previously worked as an insurance adjuster, was called to the Florida Bar in 2016 and the Ontario Bar in 2018, and represents clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
