About Sergey

Sergey Gerasin is the managing partner and co-founder of SDN Legal Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal in 2013, an earlier law degree from Voronezh State University in Russia, a Master of Laws from the University of Bremen, Germany, and a Ph.D. in law from the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2014 and was previously a member of the Bar of the Moscow region until 2020. His practice covers civil and commercial litigation, family litigation, corporate law, business contracts, and cross-border and intellectual property disputes.
