About Serge

Serge Brunet co-founded Brunet & Brunet in 1976 with brother Robert Brunet. Over more than forty-five years of practice Brunet has built extensive experience in real estate law and general civil law, with particular focus on the enforcement and valuation of both movable and immovable security. Brunet has acted as a negotiator and mediator in commercial real estate disputes, in the enforcement of movable and immovable security involving various mortgage creditors, and in a range of civil and commercial disputes, and has served on the boards of directors of several private companies.
