About Scott

Scott Stenbeck practices family and divorce law, along with other civil litigation matters including debt collection, construction litigation, corporate litigation, and wrongful dismissal claims for both plaintiffs and defendants. He no longer practices personal injury or medical malpractice law, having narrowed his focus to a smaller range of matters. He has represented landowners in disputes with oil and utility companies, including a case before the Alberta Court of Appeal involving a proposed transmission line project. He has been practicing law, including his year of articling, for over twenty-five years and has appeared before numerous Alberta courts.
