About Marilyn

Marilyn A. Herrmann articled and worked in Calgary before returning to Medicine Hat to join Niblock & Company LLP in 1990, becoming a partner in 1993. Marilyn's practice focuses on non-contentious matrimonial matters, including mediation and collaboration, post-marriage and cohabitation agreements, and corporate, commercial and agri-business transactions, along with real estate, estate administration and planning, incorporations, and reorganizations. Marilyn is a trained arbitrator with additional training in collaboration, mediation, and interest-based negotiation, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1989. Marilyn has volunteered extensively on boards and committees in Medicine Hat, including as past president of the Medicine Hat & Brooks Bar Association.
