About Samuel

Samuel Massicotte is a partner and Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, specializing in civil and commercial litigation, construction law and professional liability defence for architects, lawyers, chiropractors and engineers, and chairs a discipline committee. He has taught at Université Laval since 2005 and previously served nearly seven years as a reserve Deputy Judge Advocate. He has been repeatedly named in Best Lawyers in Canada and was named 2026 construction lawyer of the year.
