About Jasmine

Jasmine Gassi Harnden is the founder of her Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario law office and mediation centre, which she opened in March 2019. She studied Sexuality, Marriage and Family Studies at the University of Waterloo before graduating from Western Michigan University's law school in 2014. She was sworn into the State Bar of Michigan in 2015 and called to the bar with the Law Society of Ontario on January 27, 2017. Harnden first practised as an attorney in Petoskey, Michigan, focusing on criminal defence, family law, and personal injury, then moved to Sault Ste. Marie in 2017 to work as an associate lawyer before opening her own firm in 2019. Her practice today covers family law, child protection, criminal defence, estate planning and wills, and family mediation.
