About Samantha

Samantha Bouchard is a lawyer and consultant who opened a solo business law practice in Quebec City in the summer of 2022, after gaining experience in private practice in downtown Montreal. Samantha Bouchard graduated from the Université de Montréal, where she worked as a research assistant in civil liability for Professor Patrice Deslauriers and studied Chinese law at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. The practice focuses on business law, covering incorporation, shareholder agreements, share and asset purchase transactions, employment contracts, and commercial contract disputes. Samantha Bouchard offers hourly and flat-fee billing along with a free initial meeting, and is involved with the Barreau de Montréal and community organizations that promote access to justice.
