About Sam

Sam Tardif Malek practices business law in Montreal, advising entrepreneurs, shareholders, and private companies on acquisitions, sales, corporate reorganizations, incorporations, and business succession. He earned a civil law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec, then went on to complete a second law degree in common law at Queen's University and a master's in business law and intellectual property at the Université de Montréal. He also studied management at HEC Montréal and completed the licensing courses of the Law Society of Ontario. He spent the first four years of his career at a firm specializing in business law before founding his own practice.
