About Sabha

Sabha Sajjad-Hazai is a barrister and solicitor and the founder of Clarity Law Group in Mississauga. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and practices real estate, family, and wills and estates law. She has advised on human rights and family law initiatives for Muslim women in Canada and regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice.
