About Roxane

Roxane Hamelin earned a law degree from Université de Montréal in 1992, completed the Barreau du Québec's professional training program in 1993, and later obtained a master's degree in law from the same university. Hamelin began practising criminal and penal law in 1996 and founded the firm in 2006, building a practice focused on driving-related offences. Hamelin is recognized for cross-examination skill and for finding solutions in complex files, and has spoken at Barreau du Québec events. In 2019 Hamelin received the AQAAD award from the Association québécoise des avocats et avocates de la défense, recognizing career excellence.
