Roxane Hamelin earned a law degree from Université de Montréal in 1992, completed the Barreau du Québec's professional training program in 1993, and later obtained a master's degree in law from the same university. Hamelin began practising criminal and penal law in 1996 and founded the firm in 2006, building a practice focused on driving-related offences.
