Rosalie Brunel founded Brunel Immigration Avocats in 2009 and has practised exclusively in immigration law since 2006. She earned her law degree from Université de Montréal in 2000 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2002. She later added a certificate in Sino-German business administration from the University of Shanxi in China and a master's degree in international management from Otto-von-Guericke University in Germany.
