About Ronald
Ronald V. Trebb is a retired lawyer who practised as a partner at Conroy Scott LLP from 1978 following his call to the Ontario Bar in 1977. He earned a Bachelor of Science in physics from Laurentian University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, both in 1975. His practice focused on corporate and commercial law, including incorporations, reorganizations, amalgamations, and dissolutions, as well as asset and share purchase transactions, franchising, licensing, and shareholder agreements. He also provided services to professional corporations for physicians, dentists, and lawyers, and spent over 35 years as a barrister and solicitor in commercial and residential real estate law, acting for both lenders and borrowers in foreclosure and mortgage enforcement matters. He lectured on real estate law at Laurentian University and Cambrian College, and previously taught real estate law to agents seeking provincial certification through the Ontario Real Estate Association.
