About Howard

Howard Nightingale graduated from the University of Windsor Law School in 1980 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982. He has been in private practice for over 30 years and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. His practice spans family law litigation, real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estate planning. Howard previously taught Real Estate and Corporate Commercial courses at Seneca College's Law Clerks Institute, and he has continued to work in those areas since. He negotiates and drafts commercial transactions and leases and advises executors and estate trustees on drafting wills. He describes wills and estates work as a natural extension of his family law practice.
