About Robin

Robin A. Dodokin works as a commercial litigation lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator focused on resolving and, where possible, preserving relationships in disputes. As a litigator she represents business owners, creditors, financial institutions, court officers, trustees, and shareholders in business transaction disputes, insolvency matters, and real estate disagreements, and in enforcing contractual or statutory rights. She has been appointed for many years to mediate business, debtor-creditor, real estate, contract, estate, employment, and negligence disputes, and to arbitrate commercial and contractual matters. She holds an LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Qualified Arbitrator and Mediator with the ADR Institute of Canada, and a certified family business advisor through the Family Firm Institute. She is a past chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Insolvency Law Group and currently sits on the boards of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society and the Canada branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
