About Robert
Robert A. Barr was born and raised in Brockville, where he continues to reside with his family. He was called to the bar in 1995 after articling at the criminal law firm of Bayne, Sellar, Boxall in Ottawa, and has since restricted his practice to criminal defence trial and appellate advocacy across Eastern Ontario. He has conducted trials on a wide range of offences, including jury trials, and has argued before the Ontario Court of Appeal. He serves as a Director of the Ontario Criminal Lawyers Association.
