About Richard

Richard Carlson maintains a diverse legal practice focused on business law, business-related civil litigation, and real estate, representing private individuals, business owners, financial institutions, and shopping centre owners. He has extensive courtroom experience before the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal, including trials, chambers hearings, and appeals. He has taught at the Law Society Bar Admissions Course and presented at legal seminars, and is active with the Canadian Bar Association and several charitable organizations. He can offer limited services in Vietnamese, and his wife Trang Carlson, a legal assistant of more than 20 years, is fluent in Vietnamese and familiar with real estate matters.
