Richard A. Coad
Rick Coad was born and raised in Oxford County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. He's served on the boards of a number of local organizations and was elected to both Woodstock City Council and Oxford County Council.
