About Gregory

Gregory Van Berkel leads the civil litigation and personal injury team at Nesbitt Coulter LLP. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998. His practice focuses on serious personal injury claims, insurance disputes, and insurance defence, including motor vehicle and accident benefits claims for both plaintiffs and insurers.
