About Renaud

Lebuis began his career at a law firm before joining Desjardins Capital, a venture and development capital manager, where he worked for more than 14 years advising entrepreneurs on complex business matters. He developed expertise in business law, including financing, business acquisitions and sales, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and employee incentive plans, and has also worked with cooperatives across various sectors.
