About Rebecca
Rebecca Nelson has practised personal injury law exclusively since being called to the Ontario bar in 1992, representing victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and assaults, and handling short and long-term disability claims and Canada Pension Plan disability appeals. She has appeared at all levels of the Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal, and before tribunals such as the Social Security Review Tribunal. She is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, the American Association for Justice, the Advocates Society, and the Canadian Bar Association, and has volunteered with several Etobicoke community organizations.
