About Rebecca

Rebecca Fisch practises law exclusively in estate planning, administration, and mediation, focusing on drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. She advises estate trustees and executors on the administration of estates, including applications for certificates of appointment (probate). Rebecca holds a Certificate in Mediating Disputes from Harvard Law School and has a particular interest in helping families navigate contested estates and the equitable distribution of assets, and also mediates elder care disputes between family members. Rebecca is a long-standing member of the Ontario Bar Association's Trusts and Estates section, where she has co-chaired the Continuing Legal Education committee for the past two years. Before founding RSF Law, she was an associate at a mid-sized downtown Toronto firm.
