About Raphael

Raphael Leitz practises wills, estates, trusts, and real estate law from his office in the GTA, offering services in English and Portuguese. He previously worked at a Toronto estate and trust litigation firm, gaining experience with will challenges and trust variations, and spent time at a large national bank managing complex trusts, where he gained firsthand exposure to the administrative, financial, and fiduciary aspects of estate and trust management. He now focuses on estate planning and administration, working to ensure his clients' wishes are clearly and safely executed.
