About Randy
Randy Proulx is a co-founder of Jessop & Proulx LLP, a business and communications law firm in Ottawa. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1999 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law (1997, summa cum laude) and a B.Sc. in Public Policy/Public Management and Criminology, also from the University of Ottawa (1994, cum laude). He spent more than 15 years in the business law group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP's Ottawa office before forming Jessop & Proulx LLP with Gary Jessop in January 2013. His practice serves clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to financial institutions, pension funds and public companies, including commercial agreements and business sales.
