About Rachelle

Rachelle L. Punzalan is the founder of Punzalan Law, which she opened in Winnipeg in July 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science as a full academic scholar from Ateneo de Manila University, then completed her Juris Doctor at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law, writing her thesis on constitutional change, and received a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. She articled in 2012 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in June 2013, then worked as an associate at Restall & Restall LLP in Winnipeg for three years before opening her own firm. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, corporate transactions and structuring, and wills and estates.
