About Rachel

Rachel's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including financings, public offerings and private placements of securities. She advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations of public issuers. She joined Blakes as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024/2025.
