About Phillip

Phillip Neumann is the founder of Neumann & Associates Law Corporation. He studied political science and philosophy at the University of Victoria before completing his law degree at Bond University in Australia, where he received academic recognition for placing first in class in Foundations of Canadian Law. He completed his articles at a personal injury firm in BC and worked at several injury-focused law firms before starting his own firm in 2019. He comes from a family of doctors, which shaped his focus on personal injury litigation and clients' access to compensation and rehabilitation. Neumann has appeared as counsel before judges, masters, arbitrators, and registrars of the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, as well as various tribunals and committees.
