About Philippe

Philippe Larochelle has practiced law for more than 20 years, handling both civil and criminal matters before Canadian and international courts and tribunals. His cases have taken him from the Supreme Court of Canada to the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and from the Quebec Superior Court to the International Criminal Court. His practice includes representing clients accused of serious international crimes such as genocide and torture-related matters, as well as complex civil litigation, including the CHSLD long-term care class action against Quebec's health authorities.
