About Peter
Peter Curran is a personal injury lawyer with offices in Windsor and Chatham, Ontario. He obtained law degrees in Ontario and Michigan and was called to the bar in 1998. Early in his career he worked mainly for insurance companies defending claims brought by injured plaintiffs, which gave him insight into how those companies evaluate and often deny claims. He now represents injured people exclusively, handling matters including car accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. He says he prepares every case as though it will go to trial in order to achieve the best result for his clients.
