About Paul

Paul Fernet practices disciplinary and professional law, as well as business, commercial and labour law. He is also a pharmacist, and his professional background includes work within the Association Québécoise des pharmaciens propriétaires, where he took part in negotiations with Quebec's Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux. He later presided over the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec during a period of decompartmentalization of professional activities. He has lectured for the International Pharmaceutical Federation and other national and provincial organizations, and has taught property rights in pharmacy to students at Quebec pharmacy faculties for several years.
