Paul D'Angelo is a senior partner at Bear Sterling Law Group with more than 27 years of experience in business law, litigation, and dispute resolution. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and practises in commercial and business law, commercial litigation, leasing negotiations and disputes, business sales and acquisitions, banking law, arbitration and mediation, workplace investigations, complex agreement drafting, debt collection, and shareholder remedies. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal, and has acted on matters proceeding to the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and has served as counsel for not-for-profit organizations and presented at legal education seminars.
