About Patrice

Patrice Monette has been in private practice for nearly thirty years. He earned a science degree at the Université de Montréal before completing his law licence at the École du Barreau in 1994. He founded his first firm in the Montreal area on his call to the bar and practised as a civil law generalist. He later held an in-house counsel role with a large company, where he developed his practice in construction law, security interests, and commercial leases, and gained experience in labour arbitration and collective bargaining. A Sainte-Julie resident since 1986 and in practice there since 2003, he has broadened his areas of practice to include hidden defects and insurance matters.
