About Ogo

Ogo Ebubechukwu practices mainly in real estate, family law, and immigration law, aiming to provide quality and prompt service to clients. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Nigeria, followed by Master of Laws degrees from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She is a Fellow of the Women's Law and Public Policy Fellowship Program and the Leadership and Advocacy for Women in Africa Fellowship Program at Georgetown University Law Center. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in January 2001 and practised law in Nigeria for 13 years as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, focusing on family law, real estate, corporate and not-for-profit law, and civil and human rights litigation, while also teaching Environmental Law, Human Rights Law, and Intellectual Property Law at the National Open University of Nigeria. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in April 2018, after volunteering at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg from 2014 to 2017.
