About Nishanti

Nishanti Nehru is the owner of Nehru Law Professional Corporation and practises business law, civil litigation, and criminal law in Ontario. She has more than ten years of legal experience, including eight years working within Ontario's court system alongside judges, lawyers, and court officers. She most recently served with the Ministry of the Attorney General at Guelph Criminal Court, following four years handling family law, civil litigation, and divisional court matters at Brampton Court, and three years of criminal court experience at Old City Hall in Toronto earlier in her career. She holds the Osgoode Certificate in Construction Law (OsgoodePD, 2026), which she uses to advise businesses and individuals on construction contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
