About Nathan
Nathan Wahoski completed his law degree at the University of Victoria in 2007 and was called to the British Columbia bar the following year. His family law work spans both Provincial and Supreme Court matters, including parenting and guardianship disputes, relocation cases, high-conflict separations, and the division of property, businesses, pensions, and other assets. He also takes on civil disputes over debt, property, and contracts, and handles probate and estate litigation matters.
