N. Kent Clarke is a senior lawyer at Clarke Legal Group in Halifax, with more than 30 years of practice concentrated in wills, estates, real property and small business matters. He has appeared at all levels of court in Nova Scotia and served as co-counsel in one of the province's more complex criminal prosecutions. He is a founding member and chair of the SRCF Learning Centre for Children, a free after-school tutoring program for children with dyslexia, and he administers several bursaries for Nova Scotia high school graduates. Clarke acts as solicitor for the Philae Shriners of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and belongs to the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia. He has served the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia branch as a member-at-large and as its representative on the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society's Provincial Court Liaison Committee.
