Moubarak Baba Body is the founder of MBB Avocats and a member of the Barreau du Québec, specializing in immigration law, criminal law and sports law. Before starting his own practice, Moubarak Baba Body worked for several years at large law firms. Moubarak Baba Body represents clients in immigration matters ranging from visa applications to permanent residence, citizenship and appeals of immigration decisions, and defends clients in criminal cases ranging from minor offences to serious crimes. Moubarak Baba Body also holds a professional player agent licence and advises athletes, clubs and sports organizations on legal matters, and works with entrepreneurs and companies on business and investment projects between Canada and West Africa.
