About Michael

Michael Scardicchio is litigation counsel called to the Ontario bar and a licensed trademark agent in Canada, practicing in association with SLC Law. His work covers intellectual property, business, corporate, and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate structuring for start-up technology companies, corporate governance, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights. He holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University and an honours Bachelor of Science in Physical and Chemical Science from the University of Toronto, along with an alternative dispute resolution certificate from the Stitt Feld Handy Group and an executive certificate in conflict management from the University of Windsor Law School. Having completed the Law Practice Program offered through Ryerson University, he began working at the Toronto intellectual property firm PCK IP Perry + Currier before starting his own practice.
