About Michael

Michael R. E. Kocheff began his career at a well-regarded Waterloo law firm following his call to the bar, focusing on civil and municipal litigation, and has advocated before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. He now practises real estate, wills, powers of attorney and estate administration, and business law. Michael earned his honours Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where he received the Council of Canadians Administrative Tribunals Award and served as editor-in-chief of the law school newspaper. He lives in Tillsonburg with his family.
