Mehdi Jalali is the principal of Lexponent Legal Professional Corporation, a boutique Ontario firm focused on construction and commercial matters. He is a licensed member of the Law Society of Ontario and holds a Certificate in Construction Law from Osgoode Professional Development at York University. His practice covers construction lien matters, prompt payment and adjudication proceedings, commercial litigation, and contract review, with litigation experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. As a sole practitioner, he works directly with every client on their file from the initial inquiry through to resolution.
