About Cary

Cary earned his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 1999 and was called to the bar in Manitoba in 2000, where he was a partner at Tupper and Adams before relocating to British Columbia. He was called to the BC bar in 2004 and is now a partner at McLeod & Schneiderat, practising corporate and commercial law, commercial and residential real estate, and wills and estates. He has served on the Penticton and Wine Country Chamber of Commerce board for over a decade, including as its president in 2008, 2009 and 2018, and has volunteered with a pro bono legal clinic and the Downtown Penticton Association.
