About Martin

Martin Simard is known for a preventive, collaborative, and creative approach that has helped him build and maintain the trust of major financial institutions and large companies. Originally from Quebec City, he provides legal and strategic direction for the firm's civil and commercial litigation team and works closely with the transactional team on risk prevention and dispute management. His practice covers business recovery, bankruptcy and CCAA matters, construction claims, mortgage enforcement, debt collection, and latent defects. Simard co-authored an annually updated reference work on civil procedure and is a member of the Club Lions de Cap-Rouge/Saint-Augustin and the Kaisen networking group of Lévis.
