About Mark

Mark Gruman earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with Distinction from the University of Calgary in 1976 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington in 1979, before being called to the Alberta Bar in 1980. He has practiced law in Calgary for more than 30 years, representing clients across a wide range of matters, and served as a sitting Justice of the Peace in Alberta from 1995 to 2008, presiding over bylaw enforcement, traffic and other court matters. He now oversees the firm's general operations, with his practice focused mainly on real estate conveyancing, wills and estates, and some general litigation, while continuing to support the rest of the firm with his broader legal expertise.
