About Mark
Mark Nikel is an Edmonton personal injury lawyer and the founder of Exclusively Injury Law. That legal career has spanned more than 30 years, focused entirely on personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, trips and falls on hazards, sports injuries, aviation injuries, slips and falls on snow or ice, and pedestrian accidents. As a sole practitioner, Nikel works directly on every file, supported by a team of support staff. Nikel was previously a partner in one of the oldest and largest insurance defence firms in Alberta, has litigated nearly all types of injury and accident claims, including settlements up to five million dollars in tax-free structured payments, and has argued cases before mediation and arbitration panels.
