Mark G. Perry is the founder of Westside Family Law and has 30 years of experience in family law for Canadian and high-net-worth clients. He resolves guardianship, spousal and child support, and division of family property matters, working as a litigator, mediator, and collaborative family counsel depending on what best serves each case. Perry previously served as in-house counsel for the BC Public Guardian and Trustee. He has argued numerous reported decisions before the BC Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, including Dowell v Hamper, MacFarlane v Ponds, and King v. Borserio.
