About Mark

Mark Borden leads Borden Family Lawyers and has focused on family law since February 2001. He began his studies at York University with a degree in Sociology, then earned his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1998 and was admitted to the California bar that same year. He later completed Canadian law requirements at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, joined the Law Society of Ontario, and has concentrated on family law ever since. He opened his own practice, went on to serve as managing partner of Borden & Goddard LLP, and later founded Borden Family Lawyers. Since 2009 he has served as a dispute resolution officer with the Family Court branch of the Superior Court of Justice, presiding over case conferences. He also handles wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the State Bar of California, and the Canadian and American Bar Associations.
