About Marius
Menard was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 1978, after earning his law degree from Universite Laval in 1977. He spent 15 years litigating for the Confederation des syndicats nationaux (CSN) in Quebec City before joining Proulx Laprise avocats in 1994, a firm that later became Menard Noel Cote-Jones. His practice covers labour and employment law, administrative and social law, civil law, pension and retirement plans, Charter rights claims, and psychological harassment matters.
